We are an independent online trading & stockholding location service owned and managed by of one of the UK’s leading independent franchised distributors of Electronic Components, approved to BSI EN ISO 9001:2000 Certificate number RS2221.

Our available stock of approx 25000 line items valued at over $2.5m, is located in our own purpose built statically controlled warehouse, approved to the exacting standard of BS EN 61340-5-1:2001.

In addition our site also searches extensive volumes of products stored at our key suppliers warehousing within the UK and Europe all of which is available for fast delivery.

For your added security we are members of the Electronic Resellers Association Industry (ERAI) (www.erai.com)

Online component purchases may be made by Credit Card using WorldPay secure servers. Other payment methods can be accepted for further information please see the “How to use the site” section

Member information:

To use the full enquiry facilities, you have to be a Registered Member of this site where you are required to comply with our Rules of Membership,   Membership Agreement and with our Online Terms and Conditions of Trading Policy in order to buy from us.

As your registration is FREE, all you will need to do is to complete a simple on-line registration form.

How to use the site:

Our unique and very powerful “FLEXFIND” enquiry tool offers you the facility to search our stock utilising a full or partial manufacturer’s part number, manufacturer’s name or product description. (Please see our Enquiry tool “help”)

Once you have entered your search parameter you will be presented with a list of “FLEXFIND” matches, which will include information on:

Full part number
Manufacturer
Description
Date code (where available)
Quantity in stock
Status (LF” indicates Lead Free; RoHS indicates full compliance)
PDF/ image: where available

If a part is shown as a “Hot Offer” this stock will be available at a particularly competitive price.

You will be requested to enter the Quantity you require and if known, your target price but excluding all other charges.  There is an option to enter additional text should you wish
www.electroniccomponents.uk.com has a minimum charge of £25 (excluding carriage and transaction charges for UK trades and $50 or equivalent for all other trades outside the UK. Should your component sale fail to meet this level additional transaction charges will be added to your invoice.

The enquiry screen also offers you the facility to Register if you haven’t already completed your registration at this point before you can proceed with the Enquiry.

Having completed all the necessary details, by clicking on the “Enquire” button, you will generate a formal enquiry which will immediately transmit to us here at www.electroniccomponents.uk.com

You will receive an automated response email by return acknowledging receipt.

We aim to respond with a formal quotation within 24hrs if your enquiry arrives during our normal working week, Monday – Friday 0800 – 1730 GMT (+ 1hr BST). Our Quotation will include all taxes, post & packing charges and WorldPay transaction charges where applicable together with our full trading style VAT Number address telephone and fax details.

Placing an Order

If you wish to accept our quotation please click the “Place order”  link on your emailed quotation. This will take you back to www.electroniccomponents.uk.com and allow you to make a credit card payment and receive an order confirmation via “WorldPay” secure servers. Please note www.electroniccomponents.uk.com recommends fast payment via WorldPay as stock availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is received in full.

If you wish to pay by Cheque or Electronic transfer (TT)  please select your preferred payment method when making your enquiry. You may still process your order via www.electroniccomponents.uk.com including adding your own purchase order number/reference. You will automatically receive a Pro Forma invoice by email once the order process is completed. Please ensure that you print copies of order acknowledgments for your records.  If you wish you may also send a formal purchase order which must include your Quote Reference number , please mail this to orders@electroniccomponents.uk.com or fax +44(0)1477 500656.

Despatching goods.

We aim to despatch all orders for onsite stock within 24 hours. When a product is located in our supplier’s warehouse we will indicate an anticipated delivery date on our quotation. Goods are despatched with full paperwork including formal invoice and packing advice
